Abhishek filter's
Catalyst Filters consist of number of tubular S.S.
candles inside a pressure vessel similar to Pressure
Leaf Filters. Each SS micromesh candle is covered
with suitable high pressure filter cloth which snuggly
fits around the curved surface during filtration.
During the catalyst recovery cycle filter cloth is
lifted from the curved surface and this movement causes
the catalyst cake to release from the filter cloth.
Due to typical cylindrical filter element design, very
large filtration area per volume is achieved. Thorough
easy back washing is achieved due to effective manifold
design.
